Refund Policy for Printed Stationery and Customized Printed Items

  1. Customization & Order Specificity:
  • All products sold through www.brandmaster99.com are customized to the customer’s specifications. As a result, once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered final, and no changes can be made.
  • Refunds and returns for printed stationery and customized items are generally not accepted, as they cannot be corrected or reused for other orders. However, we offer a limited refund or reprint option in certain circumstances (outlined below).
  1. Defective Products:
  • If there is a defect or error in the printed products that is due to our fault (e.g., printing errors, misalignment, incorrect colors), the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • If the claim is valid, the customer must return the entire lot of printed items to us at their own expense within 6 days of receiving the delivery. Upon inspection, and if we are satisfied with the reasons for rejection, we will either:
    • Reprint the order at no additional cost within the original turnaround time.
    • Provide a partial or full refund (in cases where the job has not been printed yet or a reprint is not feasible). The refund amount will be adjusted to account for transaction fees, such as merchant bank fees and credit/debit card fees.
  1. Non-Refundable Conditions:
  • Order Accuracy: We are not responsible for errors due to misspellings, incorrect graphics, incorrect designs, punctuation, grammar, or missing details in the artwork provided by the customer.
  • Job Specifications: We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are made exactly according to customer specifications, and where the issue is due to user input (e.g., file errors, design choices).
  1. Colour Accuracy:
  • As our printing process often involves gang printing (printing multiple jobs in a single print run), there may be slight variations in color due to neighboring jobs. We strive to achieve the best possible result, but we do not guarantee perfect color accuracy.
  • Media-Specific Variations: Colours may vary based on the type of paper or finish used. For example, the color printed on coated paper may differ from uncoated paper. Additionally, lamination (matte or gloss) and spot UV treatments may slightly alter the final appearance of printed colors.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge the inherent limitations of color reproduction in gang printing and variations across different media types.
  1. Quantity Variations:
  • Due to the nature of the printing process, we cannot guarantee an exact quantity. The final quantity may vary by up to ±3%. However, we guarantee that the quantity will fall within this range.
  1. Order Cancellations:
  • Since all products are customized to order, cancellations are generally not accepted once the job has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
  • If you cancel before the printing process begins, a full refund may be issued, minus any transaction fees.
  1. Refund Process for Non-Printed Items:
  • In cases where an order is canceled before production begins, or if the items are not printed due to internal issues, we may provide a full or partial refund, excluding merchant bank and credit/debit card processing fees.
  1. Responsibility of Artwork Files:
  • Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and quality of the artwork files they submit. We encourage customers to ensure that files meet our specifications and guidelines.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect artwork, missing fonts, resolution issues, or file format incompatibility.
  1. Inkjet and Proofing Variations:
  • Please note that inkjet proofs or laser prints may look significantly different from the final printed products. We print to a pleasing color standard and there is no guarantee that the final output will exactly match an inkjet or laser proof sample.
  1. No Liability for Errors in Design:
  • We do not accept liability for errors such as incorrect designs, misalignment, graphics issues, or printing defects caused by customer-provided files. All designs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Maintenance of Electronic Files:
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain copies of original files and artwork. We are not liable for any loss or damage to files or data during the printing process. Files will only be stored for the duration required to complete the job.

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely, and full payment is required before we begin production. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We use reputed shipping partners, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen events. We strive for timely delivery, but we do not guarantee it.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Shri Krishna Industries (brandmaster99.com) harmless against any legal action arising from the use of your artwork or any infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mumbai, India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
